C2 Lofts in Summerlin complements the existing residential options within the master-planned community that aligns the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley.
"Since the community's inception more than 15 years ago, Summerlin has developed a variety of home products from condominiums and townhomes to multi-million-dollar estates to meet the needs of its diverse population," said Kevin Orrock, executive vice president of The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of the master plan.
The project by Christopher Co. is the first in Summerlin to offer residential lofts. It is under construction south of Charleston Boulevard and west of the Las Vegas Beltway within Summerlin Centre.
C2 Lofts will comprise 100 units within two five-story buildings. Eight floor plans are available, ranging from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet. Prices start from the $600,000s to more over $1 million.
