There are many different type of loft products available in Las Vegas Valley. The traditional warehouse style loft you might find in San Francisco or New York isn't one of them. There are a couple of projects that do their best to emulate the soaring ceilings and open duct work but fall short. That being said, there are some spectacular products in Vegas you will find that break away from the traditional condo or townhouse floor plans giving the loft connoisseur many choices.

Loft Flats - This is basically a condo with no walls except for the bathroom area. Typically found in a high rise loft project like SOHO Lofts. The ceiling heights vary depending on plan but offer concrete flooring and open duct work.

Loft Single Family Residences - There are a few developers in town creating a new style single family home with soaring ceilings, large windows and backyards with pools. Grand Canyon Villas is one of our favorite developments.

Loft Condos - A hybrid loft townhouse condo found in many newer projects in Las Vegas. Typically, the ceilings are very high but offer open duct work as an upgrade. Some of the features include large windows and large open spaces.

Ultra Lofts - A newer product that is truly a loft with many upgrades built into the floor plan and sales price. An ultra loft would be the closest thing to a high end loft anywhere.
